Managed IT & Cloud

Device management that keeps every laptop secure and up to date

Set up, secure and manage company laptops and phones from one place with Microsoft Intune, whether staff work in the office or remotely.

The challenge

How many devices do you actually manage?

As teams grow, laptops get set up by hand, updates fall behind and nobody is quite sure which devices have access to company data.

When a laptop is lost or someone leaves, it can be hard to remove access quickly and confidently.

Signs you need device management

  • New laptops set up manually, one by one
  • Updates left to individual staff
  • Devices without disk encryption
  • Personal phones with full access to company email
  • No quick way to wipe a lost device

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Which Microsoft 365 plan includes Intune?

Intune is included in Microsoft 365 Business Premium, along with Defender for Business and Conditional Access. It can also be licensed separately.

Can you manage personal phones?

Yes. App protection policies secure company data inside apps such as Outlook and Teams, without giving the business control of personal photos or files.

Do our existing laptops need to be reset?

Not always. Many existing Windows devices can be enrolled without a full reset. We’ll recommend the best approach for each device.

Does this work for Mac users?

Yes. Intune supports macOS, iOS and Android as well as Windows, so a mixed fleet can be managed from one place.
