Security monitoring that spots problems early
Watch for suspicious sign-ins, malware and unusual activity across Microsoft 365, computers and servers, with alerts reviewed and acted on.
The challenge
Would you notice an attack in progress?
Many attacks don’t announce themselves. A compromised mailbox can quietly forward emails for weeks, or an attacker can keep trying passwords until one works.
Security tools generate alerts, but without someone reviewing them, the warning signs are easy to miss.
What often goes unnoticed
- Sign-ins from unusual countries or devices
- New mailbox forwarding or inbox rules
- Repeated failed login attempts
- Malware quarantined but never investigated
- Admin changes nobody approved

FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Is this a 24/7 security operations centre?
Not by default. We’ll agree monitoring hours and response times that suit your business and budget, and put them in writing so there’s no confusion about coverage.
Do I need Microsoft 365 Business Premium?
It helps. Business Premium includes Defender for Business and Entra ID P1, which provide many of the signals we monitor. We can also work with other licences and tools.
What happens when you find something?
We investigate, take agreed containment steps such as blocking a sign-in or isolating a device, and contact you with a clear explanation and next steps.
Can monitoring prevent every attack?
No service can guarantee that. Monitoring reduces how long an attacker goes unnoticed, which can significantly limit the damage.
