Microsoft 365 setup and migration
New Microsoft 365 tenants set up properly from day one, and moves from Google Workspace, other email hosts or file servers planned carefully.
The challenge
Migrations go wrong when they’re rushed
Moving email and files looks simple until messages go missing, permissions break or staff can’t find what they need on Monday morning.
A planned migration takes care of the details before the move, so the switch itself is the easy part.
Problems we plan around
- Missing emails, calendars or contacts after the move
- Email delivery issues caused by DNS changes
- Files copied without their permissions
- Staff unsure where their files went
- A new tenant left on default security settings

File migration
Files moved from file servers, Google Drive or Dropbox into SharePoint and OneDrive, with permissions reviewed.

FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Will we lose email during the move?
We plan the switch so mail keeps flowing, and copy most data before the cut-over. Our aim is to keep disruption to a minimum, and we’ll explain what to expect before the day.
Can you migrate us from Google Workspace?
Yes. We can move email, calendars, contacts and Google Drive files into Microsoft 365.
Can you move our file server to SharePoint?
Yes. We map your folders to SharePoint sites and libraries, review permissions and set up OneDrive sync so staff can still work from File Explorer.
Which Microsoft 365 plan should we choose?
It depends on your size, security needs and how you work. We’ll recommend options such as Business Basic, Business Standard or Business Premium as part of planning.
