Microsoft 365

Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, set up to work the way you do

A clear structure for files and teamwork, with permissions that make sense and sharing that stays under control.

The challenge

Files everywhere, and nobody’s sure who can see what

Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive are powerful together, but without a plan they quickly turn into a maze of duplicate files, forgotten teams and sharing links nobody remembers creating.

A little structure up front makes files easier to find, safer to share and simpler to manage as the business grows.

Sound familiar?

  • Business files saved in personal OneDrives and on desktops
  • A new team created for every small topic
  • Copies of documents attached to emails instead of shared
  • Links shared with ‘anyone with the link’
  • Nobody responsible for how it’s organised

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

What’s the difference between Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive?

OneDrive is for each person’s own working files. SharePoint holds shared business files. Teams brings chat, meetings and SharePoint files together for a group. We’ll help you decide what belongs where.

Can staff still use File Explorer?

Yes. With OneDrive sync, staff can open and save SharePoint and OneDrive files from File Explorer, just like a network drive.

Can you move our existing file server?

Yes. We map your folders to SharePoint sites and libraries and review permissions as part of the move.

Will you train our staff?

Yes. We provide practical guidance sessions and short written guides focused on everyday tasks.
